Whether you are looking for guidance on getting into running, are an experienced runner wanting structure and an injury-prevention approach to coaching, or are returning from injury and want to do so healthily, run coaching with Tempo PT & Running Performance is for you!

A comprehensive running history is discussed on the first visit, along with personal running-related goals and a collaborative plan on what it will take to train for those goals. Run coaching is paid on a monthly rate with weekly feedback, an individualized training plan, the option to add on strength training for runners, and education on injury prevention.
